cant back up computer

can i use a blank cd to back up my files or do i need to use a floppy disc if
so how do i back up to a cd
 
ntbackup.exe does not allow backing up directly to CD.

if you have a lot to back up...
best to use a dvd burner
 
you can use ntbackup to backup on remavable media like CD/Floppies this task
is handled there by a service called removable storage check to see that it
is not disabled, when it is not disabled you can store your backup onCdrw
