Can't add Windows Componets due to "disc label" difference

I have a laptop with an VPC running an imaged Windows XP Professional. I am
attempting to add IIS to this and it is calling for a CD labeled "Windows XP
Professional SP2". I DO have a version of this as an ISO iso image, however
the label does not say "Windows XP Professional SP2", even though that is
what it is.

Is there some way to force the upgrade to use what I am telling it to use?

The CD drive doesn't read labels and doesn't care what they are. If your
"imaged" disk of XP Pro SP 2 is a true and precise copy, it should work.
Stick it in the CD drive and away you go. If the "image" is lacking
critical data such as the XP installation files and/or any security and
anti-theft or copying software, then you are screwed. You would need an
actual, real and authentic XP Pro installation disk.

The iso image I am attempting to use is from MSDN, so it should be good. The
ghosted image the desktop folks are usind is apparently and upgrad to
Windows XP Professional sp1. I am unclear why I cannot add IIS from the SP2
image that I am using.

Listen pal, for future reference... Before you shoot off your mouth like
this and jump to inappropriate conclusions and call someone a thief you
might consider that I AM using a legal iso image. I have an MSDN Universal
subscription.

Jackass.

Use Roxio or Nero and burn a CD from the image.
