Can't add modification to Software Install GPO

I am trying to build a new Software Install GPO (assigned
to Computer)and need to have it use a transform (mst)
file but the ADD button on the Modifications tab is
grayed out. Can anybody shed some light on this?

Hello, Yes you have to add your particular package as Advanced instead of
Assigned, then assign the package, and you should be available to add
modifications to the particular package.
