Can't add .hlp file

I am trying to add a file called RoBond_S.HLP to the directory c:\robond in
a component using component designer. All other files are being added
except all the .HLP files?! Am I missing something. I have no trouble
adding other files but the ones with .HLP extension will not get
copied...any response is appreciated.

This is intentional behavior.

You have option for each component called "Do not copy help files for this component" that you can configure.

Second is master switch for whole project.
Is central panel go to Settings->Other Settings and uncheck ""Do not copy help files for this configuration"
