Can't add fields

My office uses Outlook 2002 and I have a user who is experiencing a strange
issue. She very simply needs to add the "To" field in her Sent Items view but
when she goes to "Customize Current View" and tries to add it, nothing
happens. The program does not respond. This is not isolated to her sent
items. It is in any Outlook folder she tries to add fields to. Does anyone
have any suggestions as to what may be happening and how to fix it? Please
let me know.

You do not customize the View at all. Have her right click on the header
field itself and pick field chooser. Then drag the To field to the place in
the header where she wants it.
 
Thanks! That worked. Thanks for the shortcut too. However, I have used the
customized steps many time with no issues. Why would I have issues now? Just
curious.
