Can't add auction items using the Add to Calender feature in EBay

I'm using Outlook 2000 SP3 and Windows ME - when I use the "add to calender" feature in EBay it does not appear in my Calender. When I click on "add to calendar", the window disappears, but then nothing else happens. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Can you post a sample link?

What should happen is that you get a popup dialog that asks whether you want
to open or save a .vcs (vCalendar file)? Is that what you see?

No. The little "add to calendar" window closes, and that's it. I get no popup dialog.

Do you have a popup stopper active? If you save an Outlook appointment as a
vCalendar or iCalendar file, can you open that file OK?

I don't think I have a popup stopper because the little ebay window with the add to calendar link opens, and I do get pop-ups. I saved an appt. as both a vCalendar and ICalendar, and they both opened OK

I can't duplicate the problem here and have seen no other similar reports
that might be helpful. You said that saved .ics files open fine, right? You
might try Help | Detect and Repair in Outlook.
