cant access websites

I have XP home and have wireless connection. For some
reason, some websites dont open. I get a page cannot be
displayed message but when i use my dads computer, the
page displays. I did this to make sure the site isnt
down. Ill go to say yahoo.com, and it says page cannot be
displayed, but use my dads comp, and sure enough it opens
up. What should I check for? This just started this past
week and i havent made any changes etc...any suggestions?
is this a DNS issue?
