Can't Access SUS Server Page

I have set an SUS server and a test pc client. The server
was able to grab the necessary files from the central
Microsoft server. However, the first scheduled update
didn't work and it turns out that I am not able to access
the SUS server via HTTP from the client or any other
computer in the same network. I get the error message
that the webpage is "under construction". I followed the
SUS setup instructions and installed the service on a
server that was clean, not running any other services.
Supposely, if you do this, the correct IIS services are
setup in the process. Anyone have any ideas??

Can you get to the site via http://localhost/SUSAdmin on the SUS server?

Yes and No.

System prompts for login and after login as admin I get:

"HTTP/1.1 404 Object Not Found"

Any ideas?

Hi Friend,
I have same situation.I can access SUS admin page though.
My understanding is that only SUS admin page is accessable.
I don't know how clients need to beconfigured to pick
updates from SUS server.
