Can't Access Sites Outside US

Can somebody please help me. I can access all sites in
US, but have been trying to access sites such as
http://www.japantimes.co.jp, and cannot seem to connect to
any sites outside of US. Can you please help me in
guiding me through the steps to correct this problem.

Your question really needs to be asked of your ISP (Internet Service
Provider).

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product.
