Can't access home network

Having trouble accessing My Network Places. I get the following error message:

Home is not accessable. You might not have permissions to use this network
resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have
access permissions.

The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available.

There are 3 PC's in my network connected to a hub/router. All using Windows
XP Pro and same user names. I used Home Network Setup Wizard on all 3 PC's.
All users are members of an Administrators group.

You are describing a well known symptom here, that can have any one of several
