Can't access certain web sites

I can't access certain web sites when I am using IE 6.0.
In the past I was able to, but now I can not. I am still
able to access many websites, just not this family of
sites. One such address is

https://sentry.isc.upenn.edu/intouch

I receive the common error message. When I was in college
with broadband, I could access it. Now with Aol 8.0
dialup, I can not. Please help. Thank you.

What is the exact error message?
If there is a Details button click that and give us the first two lines.
 
It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS, reboot.
