A) Is Outlook closed (and are you 100% sure outlook.exe is not running in
the background)?
B) How are you trying to copy this, and to where?
C) Is Outlook behaving normally using this file? Have you tried running the
inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) against it and compacting it a couple of
times?
A CRC always indicates that there is a problem in accessing
data on your storage medium. Download and run the free
diagnostic tool that your hard disk manufacturer makes
available on his home page. You might have to replace your
hard disk.
