Canon MP370 - Scanner problem

My scanner just hangs up when I try to scan.

Where I tried to get help, nothing fixed the scanner tho.

anyone..? still not working.

Have you tried disconnecting other USB devices? Windows only allows 1
USB scanner at a time, so it might get confused by other USB devices.
