So, in short, they just changed the name and rise the price...

Interesting about that. Just checked the prices yesterday at local
Sam's. The price for a color pack (all 3: C, Y, M) in BCI6 was only a
buck higher than the BCI3e. Not sure if that is the case at other
retailers.
