Canon i550, NO BLACK PRINTING AT ALL!!!!

i have the canon i550 and for some reason, when i print
in OpenOffice or any other program, i cant print the
color black at all, colors come out fine, just black
doesnt work AT ALL, and the cartridge is brand new. does
anyone know how to remedy this problem??????

PLZ I NEED HELP!
 
Sounds like the print head has come to the end of its natural life. Replace
it... or if it's under guarantee, call Canon for a replacement.
