Cannot view shading

Hi

A user of ours has a problem when viewing his spreadsheets.

The spreadsheets are quite large and are colour coded. When he open
them on his machine he doesn't see any of the cell shadings. If h
opens it on another PC on the network they are all visible.

On the problem PC he can view the cell shadings if he clicks on Pribn
Preview. They also print out fine, but he cannot see them in the norma
view.

Hope someone can help I am not an expert on Excel and have had a quic
look at the PC but am out of my depth.

have passed this on to the user to try out. Will post if succesful.

It looks to be the exact problem so I feel quite confident.
