Cannot view anymore CID image in HTML message

I cannot view anymore embedded CID images in all sent or received HTML
messages.
I do not know when this problem started, but probably after upgrading
from IE6 to IE7 (in November)

My mail client is Outlook 98.

Shell I change anything in the Internet Security option?

I have the same issue with Outlook 2003. I first encountered the problem
when I installed the beta version of IE7 and it went away when I uninstalled
IE7 Beta. When IE7 Production installed itself the first time, the problem
returned, so, once again, I unistalled IE7 and the images returned. I tried
the latest version of IE7 and once again, Outlook 2003 will not download
images.
