Cannot Unprotect a Form in WORD 2000

I have a Form in Word 2000 which I have protected with a
password. I can open the Form since I know the password,
but I cannot unprotect it since the Protect Form Button on
the Form Menu is now greyed out.

Does anyone know what could cause this?

You've inserted things from the Controls Toolbox, I take it?
This triggers the Macro Security, which on your installation
is probably set to "High". Change that to "Medium"
(Tools/Macro/Security) and you should be able to open the
files, trusting the macros in them.
