Cannot unlock home page

We upgraded from 5.5 to 6.0. At the time of installation
the home page was locked. After the installation we
noticed there was no way to unlock it. We looked through
all the Internet Options and didn't see anything.

I would check the registry keys before running Ad-aware and Spybot. But, I
would run those two programs as part of the process.
