Cannot Uninstall Visual Studio NET 2002

I am unable to uninstall Visual Studio .NE 2002. In
Add/Programs it does list the program but when I click on
it no Change/Remove buttons comes up. But for other
programs i do get the Change/Remove buttons.

Anyone can help me please...Thanks in advance.
