Cannot Uninstall a program

I downloaded a stupid program from the Internet called IMAGEAXS CD and it
was the wrong program. Now I tried to uninstall it and it won't let me, it
says it will not delete because of a corrupt file called C:PROGRAM
FILES\DASCORP\IMAGEAXS CD\DEISU' what does that mean anyone? Please help me?

Try booting into Safe Mode, and then try to uninstall.
