Cannot Type Reply Message

When connecting to my company email server via mail exchange, I can open
emails, read them, hit reply, but cannot type in the message block. A white
box with a red X is in the upper lefthand corner. My company uses XP, I'm on
Vista...does that have anything to do with it?

Yes, your company's Exchange server needs a patch to work with Vista
clients. Tell your IT person to read this:
