cannot type letters c, h, s, t

In word, not on computer in general, I cannot type the letters c, h, s, and t
When I press the letter s, microsoft text-to-speech kicks on.
When I press h, a drawing pad opens on word.
How can I turn these features off.
I need help quickly, I have an exam tomorrow!
