cannot start the reminder service , unable to show reminders

i am receiving an error message in Outlook 2003, cannot start the reminder
service , unable to show reminders
Please help
 
Start Outlook using the /resetfolders switch. How to use startup switches is
shown in the Help file.
 
I too have this problem...have already tried Outlook.exe /resetfolders and
/cleanreminders with NO effect. This problem seems to be widespread. Is there
no FIX out there? The only advice seems to be the Outlook.exe /resetfolders
/cleanreminders thing. What is the next thing to try?

I tried online support at Microsoft, but it crashed my latptop when it tried
to automactically get whatever it tries to get to help with diagnosis.

HELP......not critical but OH SO ANNOYING!
