Cannot Start RRAS

RRAS will not start. Event log says "Unable to load
C:\WINNT\System32\iprtmgr.dll." Any clues on this most
appreciated! Gene Wilson

First, I would try the follow:

goto a cmd prompt and goto c:\winnt\system32
then type in the following:

regsvr32 iprtmgr.dll

then restart the service. Same error?

If so, just disable and then re-configure rras. That will reset it and
should get you on your way.
