Cannot start Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt,

If i try to start Microsoft Outlook 2003, i get a banner saying.
cannot sart microsoft Outlook. MAPI32.32 is corrupt or the wrong version.
any subgestion how to fix or repair ??.
