Cannot shift objects off sheet

Hi !

When Im using the group-ungroup function in Excel i get the following error
message:

"Cannot shift objects off sheet"

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Has this cannot shift objects off sheet bug been fixed in excel 2003 - it's annoying as heck for anyone using comments alot - and I use them alot managing a VC portfolio...this alone would be a good reason to upgrade
