Cannot set my web Home Page

Everytime I fire up my computer, it sets the IE6 Home
Page to "www.searchv.com". I run Norton, Ad-aware and
clean up the regedit, and reset the Home Page. While I'm
in the current session, I can open up IE over and over
with no problems but as soon as I log off and on again,
the Home Page is reset? I have no clue on how to correct
this problem?
