cannot send or receive

Im using Microsoft office Outlook and it is not sending or receiving. all of
the server info is correct and the mail is getting to the host website
outlook just won't get it or send it. help please!!!

What version of Outlook? What sort of mail account(s)? Are you getting
any error messages? If so, what are they?
