Hi
Can anyone help me please. Suddenly this morning without any changes
being made to settings on my pc, my windows mail has stopped me from sending
and receiving from ANY of the 3 email accounts setup (two ntlworld and one
another domain via a webpage)

The error I get is Account: 'Caroline's email', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com',
Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR invalid user name or password.', Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

However, I can login to my mail via webmail. Virgin Media have also
confirmed that it is more likely to be a windows mail problem.

I have also tried a system restore and the problem still exists.
Help please ASAP!
Thanks in advance

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not very compatible
with Windows Mail, and over time will cause this type of problem.

A error message popped up something about my server, the first time i entered
123456 because it wouldn't let me send otherwise it wouldn't have went
through. I typed for the server 12345 and for the POP3 something I entered
123456,stupid I know but now it only allows me to send to certain people. I
don't understand that, so what should I have entered and where would I find
that info.

Thanks Dani
