cannot send messages

i have outlook office standard 03 .. starting this morning... we had to clean
up mailbox because we were not receiving or sending out emails because of
space.. we created personal folders cleaned up space.. now we can recieve
emails.. but the sending emails just stay in our outbox and do not send. it
says sent with the date and time still... only 2 are italicized. Dont know
what else to check.. it is online.. all systems are go just wont send.. What
do i do?

i rebooted and it automatically sent one message but wont send the others.. 1
more is italicized and the rest are not.. the one that is italicized i cannot
open... message comes up saying it is being transmitted, and has been doing
that all day.

i just forwarded all the non italicized emails and it sent them all.. so
nowit is working.. the system wasnt recoginizing the other emails as not sent
or even in the outbox.. but its all fixed.. so no worries.. haha.. i fixed it
myslef.
