Can anyone help me with the above error?

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
The box for "My server requires authentication" must be checked.

If the problem continues, does it only happen with that one recipient
or with all recipients?

Why is it "ridiculous"?
Please copy and paste your exact error message.

Says not enough memory, how can I reduce the size of the video. It is only a
3 min video but is larger screened than most I have received.
Also my microsoft windows shuts down without notice or cause.
Thanks for your help, Clara N.

"Minutes" of video means nothing, it is the file size that counts.
Many mail providers have a message size limit somewhere in the
2-10 MB range. Who is your mail service provider?

Chances are, though, that in your case the problem stems from
interference with your antivirus? Which antivirus are you running?
Some of them cause problems with Windows Mail over time.
Make sure it is not configured to scan emails.

The not enough memory error is often used as a general error message for
problems that might not be a memory problem. It is likely that something is
very wrong. An antivirus program could be the cause or there could be a
problem that is totally different and if so then there is totally nothing in
the information you provided that helps us help you. Note that your problem
is totally different from soccermom's and therefore you need to create a new
thread and describe the problem thoroughly, including all of all error
messages.

SMS? Are you talking about sending emails with Windows Mail?
If so, right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
