As a minimum, you would need to implement the Microsoft fix:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090
That should allow you to delete the stuck message, which will
restore your ability to send email.

For a complete fix, you need to implement all the corrective actions
outlined in the link I gave you.
