Cannot send email

Seems I am not the only one---stuff just hangs in my outbox---still receive
mail OK.
Here's the error message:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
 
Outgoing (SMTP) server is incorrect. Contact Comcast Support for all the
correct settings.
 
I appreciate you reply but have no clue what you mean me to do when I get to
step 10 which I can't do because Windows Mail is already set up. Thanks for
your time!
 
You can edit the information on the Servers tab (Step 10) by going to
Tools, Accounts, select your Comcast account, Properties, Servers.
