Hi

I am running XP Home Edition and want to experiment with encryption.

My C: drive is NTFS and not FAT 32, which, as I understand, does not support
encryption.

When I go to file or folder properties I see the selection next to
Compression on the advances attributes page of properties. The problem is,
the Encryption box is always greyed-out and never an option.

Can I change this or does my Home version of the OS not support Encryption?

Thanks in advance

Regards

John

Sorry Dude... that feature is not available in the XP Home Edition! You
would have to Upgrade to XP Professional if you wanted to have access to
encryption.
