Cannot see XML file in a folder

I exported an XML file into a folder, but cannot see it in Explorer or the
importing application. The XML suffix is in the list of registered suffixes
in explorer. If I export the file twice, the exporting application tells me
it's already there. Any suggestions?

Hii, Check if the file has hidden or system attributes that mite be hiding
the file.
just type dir/a in command prompt of the folder or set to show hidden and
system files from file and folder settings tab
