Ben

Hi

Our remote VPN clients cannot see any of our LAN Clients and the LAN Clients
cannot see the remote VPN clients.

Also the LAN Clients cannot resolve the netbios of remote machines, but
remote machines can resolve netbios names of LAN machines.

Any advice would be greatly appreaciated.

Thanks Ben

Do you have WINS installed? Are all the LAN machines set up as WINS
clients?

is you have windows server, you may want to add wins for browsing over vpn.

Hi Bill

Our Windows Server has WINS installed and DHCP is setup to assign VPN
clients with the server address for WINS.

Thanks

Ben

Is the address getting assigned?
(check client with IPConfig /all while connected)

Is the WINS server getting updated with all of the
clients AND all servers addresses?
(check the WINS server)

Remember that "servers" must be WINS clients too.
