cannot see certain pages.

I have not noticed many problems with my IE6 except I
cannot go to www.hpshopping.com some of the JCPenney sites
and a few others.

I have changed all my settings back to the defaults,
uninstalled my browser / pop-up / spyware programs. It has
to something on my xp computer, as the other computers on
my homenetwork don't have any problems.

Any Clues where I can look? I have run ad-ware etc.
