A friend's Dell Laptop does not respond to Start, Search, Files or Folders.
Once you click on Files or Folders, NOTHING happens. Repeated clicking
causes the blue bar at the top of the screen to flash, but NOTHING happens.
This problem (and others similar) began recently and she has no idea what
might have caused it. Any crystal balls out there?
