Cannot search multiple mailboxes

The firm that I work for quite often share their entire mailboxes, including
all their subfolders with their Admin Assistants. The Admin's then need to
search for emails in these shared mailboxes folders.

To search another mailbox I am going to Advanced Find, selecting browse
which brings up both mailboxes. When I tick a folder outside of my mailbox,
it only allows me to select one folder. The option to tick search subfolders
is greyed out.

How do I search multiple folders in someone else's mailbox?

Lookout is not an option for us.

Thanks in advance.

Outlook provides no way to search multiple folders except in a .pst file or your own mailbox.

A user of ours is having the exact same problem, he is unable to search sub
directories under the Inbox of his Seconday Mailbox. The "search subfolders"
tickbox is simply greyed out.
I on the other hand, CAN search sub-directories on my secondary mailbox
without a problem. Is there an option associated with his (secondary) mailbox?

Regards.
