Cannot scroll up past a certain row

I have a spread sheet that I cannot scroll to the top of the page. It seems
that I cannot go past row 240. I can scroll down with no problem and
horizontal with no problem. Row 240 is not frozen. I can right mouse click on
the right scroll bar and left mouse click on top. It does not goto the top.
Any suggestions?

One possibility is that you may have accidentally Hidden rows 1-240 (based on
your info).

Click the heading for any column, then go to Format>Rows>Unhide. If that
doesn't do it, please post back with any additional detail available incl.
version info.

My guess is that rows 1 - 239 are hidden. Have you tried unhiding them?
(Format, row, unhide, format column unhide)

Perhaps rows 1 to 239 are hidden?

CTRL + A(twice in 2003) to select all cells.

Right-click or a row header and "unhide".

You are sure you do not have Window>Freeze Panes enabled?
