Cannot Schedule Tasks - Help a Cute Girl!

Hey! I cannot create any scheduled tasks, in control panel, schedule tasks.
I have tried with my ADMIN account AND password and also have created a new
admin account and password to see. Did not change. I get an error: New
task has been created but may not run becuase account information could not
be set. Keyset does not exist". And yes, the task does not run.
