cannot schedule past 1st July

When trying to schedule past the 1st July in outlook 2003 all i get is a line
of ////////'s
any ideas please.
I have all of the updates and patches.
We are also using exchange 2000.

The default free/busy publication time is two months, including the current
month. That means that all through May, only May and June's free/busy gets
published. On June 1, then July's free/busy will be included. If you want to
see longer free/busy times, then have the other people publish more than two
months.
