Cannot"save image as"

My ability in Windows XP Home Edition to save images is no longer
functioning. Right clicking the mouse opens the 'save as' /save image as'
feature but a left click gives me no saved image.
 
Where is this from ... Desktop, Windows Explorer, Office program, ...?

You will have to check the Netscape forums ... this is Netscape ... non-IE
correct?

I think I solved the problem. A pop up buster seems to have been the source. Thanks for responding.
