Cannot save doc. "Document not saved"

Our server was re-booted while I was away from my computer. Now I cannot save
the excel file I was working on. I only get a pop-up window saying "Document
Not Saved". I've tried changing the name of the file, etc. Doesn't work. What
can I do?
 
How is this Outlook related?

Save the file to your desktop. Then save it to its original location.
