cannot save customized views

i am trying to figure out why outlook fails to save the customized menus and
views. any idea what might be the problem (outlook 2000). each time i exit
outlook all the changes i have made are lost! pls i need your help! this
really annoying and i cannot work properly!

The usual cause of this is that Outlook does not close completely. Use Task
manager to see if the OUTLOOK.EXE process continues to run after you close
Outlook. If so, see this: http://www.slipstick.com/problems/close.asp
