For some reason all of a sudden I cannot right click in my Inbox. I have
tried a detect & Repair, and I also found the message suggesting I delete the
frmcache.dat and have done that. It still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Hello Chloe,

My first suggestion was to try deleting that frmcache.dat, but since you
have done that you can try to reset the Menu and toolbar:

Tools > Customize > Reset menu and toolbar usage data

Just tried that. Thanks for the suggestion, but I still can't right click.
Any other ideas?

Hi again,

Is it working if you start Outlook in safemode?

use the following command:
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12>OUTLOOK.EXE /safe

use the following command:
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12>OUTLOOK.EXE /safe

That should be

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\Outlook.exe" /safe

or

"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12\outlook.exe" /safe

Yes I can right click when I am in safemode.

I fairly good sign you have some add-in that is interfering with Outlook's
proper behavior. DIsable all your add-ins and reenable them one by one to
locate the one causing the problem.

Got it. Thanks so much for all of your help!!
