Cannot restore "new message" look

Hello

In attempting to write some custom forms, I inadvertantly
modified the appearance of things when I hit the "new"
button for a new email message.

NOW, it shows the BCC, and FROM fields. How do I get
those to disappear? They take extra screen space that is
unneccessary.

Brute Force Kludge -

I "repaired and restored" and allowed it to delete all my
settings. Ugh. Well, at least it works.
