cannot reply to e-mail

Cannot seem to reply to e-mails. They just sit in my out box. However If I
create a new outgoing message this works fine. Setting are all correct for
SMTP. Tried making a new mail account....No luck. Also tried 'detect and
repair'; also trieddisconnecting from my router and closing Norton
Anti-Virus. Noe of this helped.

What version of Outlook do you have? Do you get any error messages when you
try to send?
