Cannot remove pagefile in C-drive

Hopes anyone can help... please
Recently I've reinstall windows (using a slipstreamed SP2 WinXP), after
I've installed, Windows keep creating a pagefile in C-drive.
I've tried to set it to other drive eg D-drive, I have no problem after a
reboot, but once I reboot the computer again, it reverted to previous
config, ie, the pagefile was created in C-drive again.
My windows XP was not installed in c-drive, BTW.
